Childbirth preparation
I'd like to commend Heidi Liebe on a great job. She truly took the message and made a practical /hands on course. She was able to illustrate effectively how the methods could work via showing participants herself and having us practice on each other. She even incorporated how to use the different methods together.
I really enjoyed that because many times as I sat and read the book I wondered how will these look/feel like in the delivery room.
Another concern I had was that even if I had read the book, my partner hadn't.
Through such seminars, the partners can see and have a hands on approach to the methods.
My husband and I have talked a few times since the course and both agree that we feel much more confident about this upcoming expierence.
Like I said, Heidi really delivered the message well.
